Mr. Colbert served as a director of Drive Shack Inc. since April 2019 and as a member of the audit committee and compensation committee of the board of directors since April 2019. Mr. Colbert is a Senior Advisor to MillerCoors LLC and has served in a variety of key leadership positions with Miller Brewing Company since 1979, including Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations from 1997 to 2005 and Senior Vice President of Operations from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Colbert is a member of the Board of Directors of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC, NASDAQ PHLX LLC, NASDAQ BX, Inc., International Securities Exchange, LLC, ISE Gemini, LLC and ISE Mercury, LLC. Mr. Colbert also serves on the board of STAG Industrials, Inc. Mr. Colbert has previously served on the boards of Lorillard, Inc., where he was Lead Independent Director (from 2008 to 2015), Delphi Corp. (from 1999 to 2006), Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. (from 2006 to 2008), Bank of America Corp. (from 2009 to 2013), Stanley Black & Decker (from 2002 to 2013), the Sara Lee Corporation and its successor The Hillshire Brands Company (from 2006 to 2013) and The Manitowoc Company, Inc.
