Wetherspoon apologises after customers forced to wait two hours for drinks in Exeter – Devon Live

Popular pub chain Wetherspoon has apologised after some Bank Holiday drinkers had to wait for two hours for their order to arrive.
An unimpressed customer, who asked to remain anonymous, went to The Imperial in Exeter on Saturday afternoon for some drinks in the pub’s beer garden with his daughter, who was visiting from London.
Unfortunately for him, the place was heaving – causing his order of a pint of Abbot Ale, a pint of Carlsberg shandy, and a pint of lime and soda, to take two hours to arrive.
