Trent stock analysis: Should you buy the fall in Trent or wait some more? Sandip Sabharwal answers

Sandip Sabharwal, asksandipsabharwal.com, says for him to buy afresh, the Trent stock has to come down very substantially, probably below Rs 5,000 because the valuations are really stretched even at Rs 6,500. His view can change if Trent performs better than they did this quarter. But it needs to be tracked and it should be taken as it comes, but not at this price.

IHCL’s quarterly performance has been pretty encouraging to say the least. Brokerages are giving it a thumbs up saying that margins will sustain going forward, profits are expected to grow, and the ARR view is indicating that there is no sort of a slowdown in the sector.
