TechD Cybersecurity shares soar on debut, list 90% above issue price on NSE SME
Shares of TechD Cybersecurity made a bumper Dalal Street debut on Monday, listing at a 90% premium. The stock opened at Rs 366.70 on the NSE SME platform as compared to its issue price of Rs 193.

The Rs 39 crore IPO, priced at Rs 183–193 per share, attracted bids worth nearly 720 times the shares on offer. According to the final subscription data, the retail category clocked a 726 times subscription, while qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed 284 times.
