Sorted Wallet, a non-custodial crypto wallet provider, has raised $4.4 million in a funding round with Tether and Gnosis. The company first launched in 2022, providing a crypto wallet that is only 10MB, according to a report by The Block.
Since its launch, the wallet has been downloaded 500,000 times. Sorted plans to use this funding to expand its geographic footprint, especially in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said this wallet offers a crypto solution for “everyone.”
