SIX welcomes iShares as its latest issuer of crypto ETPs
SIX welcomes iShares as the 20th issuer of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) with crypto-assets as underlyings.
iShares lists its inaugural product on Bitcoin. With this launch, iShares lifts the total number of listed crypto products at SIX to 487.
The iShares Bitcoin ETP further expands the range of crypto ETPs available at SIX, offering investors direct access to Bitcoin through a familiar and transparent exchange-traded structure. Each ETP is fully backed by bitcoins, which are held by Coinbase Custody International Limited, a licensed custodian. The ETP is traded in Swiss Francs and supported by leading market makers, providing liquidity and efficient trading.
