Polish President Karol Nawrocki vetoed a second bill designed to bring Poland’s cryptocurrency regulations into alignment with the European Union’s MiCA framework, his office confirmed Thursday. Nawrocki, who vetoed the original Bill 1424 in December, described the new Bill 2064 as “practically identical” to the legislation he had already rejected, and declined to sign it into law.
