We know AI and crypto can be sensitive topics. Some customers hear “AI” and think of jobs being replaced, creativity being flattened, or everything online becoming less human. Some hear “crypto” and think of hype, scams, or complicated payment systems. We understand the reaction, so we want to explain how we actually look at both at Playasia.

First, AI. We use it very sparingly, and only in places where it can help with repetitive or tedious work. We are not using AI to replace people, creativity, customer care, or the human side of gaming and collecting. The practical use is much more ordinary: helping with tasks that take time, slow people down, or require the same manual steps again and again.
