Person hit by train near Long Eaton and rail services suspended – Nottinghamshire Live

A train line has been closed after a person was reported to have been hit by a train near Nottinghamshire.
East Midlands Railway (EMR) reported the incident this morning (Sunday, June 6) at around 10.15am.
The operator confirmed: “At present emergency services are en-route to the scene. They are expected on site shortly.”
The line is closed between Derby and Long Eaton.
