POLISH authorities have arrested the head of the country’s Olympic Committee in a fraud investigation into collapsed cryptocurrency platform Zondacrypto.

Officials detained Radosław Piesiewicz on Thursday as prosecutors investigate alleged benefits he received from the company. These include a luxury Swiss watch worth about €40,000.
