(TNS) โ North Carolina House members are expected to vote Wednesday on whether the state can invest a portion of its public funds โ for retirement, education, transportation, general spending, and more โ in cryptocurrency.
The NC Digital Assets Investments Act, sponsored by 27 Republicans, would permit the state treasury department to place up to 5% of fundsโ assets in digital currencies like Bitcoin.
