The partnership gives eligible Busha users verified aliases for sending and receiving supported digital assets across participating exchanges and wallets
Mastercard, whose Crypto Credential system verifies endpoints involved in digital asset transfers, has partnered with Busha, a pan-African digital asset exchange, to extend the service to eligible users in Nigeria.
Under the agreement, eligible Busha users receive a unique Crypto Credential alias linked to their account. The alias can be used to send or receive supported digital assets without relying on long blockchain addresses, and can also be used when transacting with users on other participating exchanges and wallets.
The system performs another check before a transfer is completed….
