Ledger has launched the Nano Gen5, introducing a redesigned hardware crypto signer aimed at making self custody more accessible. Priced at A$179, the device marks a shift from the company’s long running USB style format to a secure touchscreen design.
The Nano range has been central to Ledger’s growth since the Nano S debuted in 2016, going on to become one of the best selling crypto hardware wallets globally. Previous models such as the Nano X and Nano S Plus built on that foundation. The Gen5 continues that lineage but replaces physical buttons and small displays with a larger secure touchscreen.
