A 28-year-old Italian tourist who came to New York was held captive in a posh Manhattan apartment where he was given electric shock, forced to take cocaine and threatened to have his limbs cut off with an electric chainsaw.All this started from a crypto argument and the host, 37-year-old John Woeltz, a crypto investor wanted to get the password from the accounts of the tourist.
