LONDON – Ironveld PLC, which owns a High Purity Iron, Vanadium, and Titanium project in South Africa, announced the retirement of Giles Clarke from the Board and his position as a Non-Executive Director. Clarke’s departure is effective immediately, following a period of strategic development and a successful capital raise.
Clarke has contributed to the company since 2010, offering guidance and insight. His retirement comes after the appointment of Kristoffer Andersson as CEO in May 2024 and the completion of a £2.5 million capital raise in November 2024. These developments have positioned Ironveld to implement strategies aimed at realizing the Project’s value.
