TradingKey – With IBM closing at $239.94 on September 9, a 3.38% rise, including a $239.97 reference point, it’s pretty clear where the stock closed. IBM hit an intraday high of $241.50, coming pretty close to hitting $241.57, which would have ended the consolidation. At this point, the story is shifting toward enterprise AI and hybrid cloud and next-generation infrastructure. From a fundamental perspective, Red Hat is still the strongest software engine, and IBM now has a more robust AI ecosystem with OpenAI and Together AI, as well as an Arm-compatible IBM Z processor that broadens the company’s infrastructure options.
