Haisung Aero-Robotics Co., Ltd.’s (KOSDAQ:059270) 30% Share Price Surge Not Quite Adding Up
The Haisung Aero-Robotics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:059270) share price has done very well over the last month, posting an excellent gain of 30%. Not all shareholders will be feeling jubilant, since the share price is still down a very disappointing 20% in the last twelve months.
Following the firm bounce in price, when almost half of the companies in Korea’s Machinery industry have price-to-sales ratios (or “P/S”) below 1.3x, you may consider Haisung Aero-Robotics as a stock not worth researching with its 5.8x P/S ratio. Although, it’s not wise to just take the P/S at face value as there may be an explanation why it’s so lofty.
