FTSE 100 Live: UK Stocks Set for Fourth Day of Losses in Global Selloff
The global stocks selloff has extended this afternoon, as concerns over US tech have impacted shares all over the world.
The FTSE 100 exceeded recent daily losses in its longest losing streak since August.
UK gilts held broadly steady, though underperformed slightly at the longer end of the curve, while the pound is down about 9.1% against the dollar.
