Davis Polk Advises in Trump Media Crypto Deal
Davis, Polk & Wardwell is advising in a Trump Media and Technology Group crypto deal that will launch “Made in America”-themed exchange-traded funds, according to a deal announcement Tuesday.
According to the announcement, Trump Media and Technology Group Corp — operator of the social media platform Truth Social and the fintech brand Truth.Fi — signed a binding agreement with Crypto.com, a crypto trading platform, and Yorkville American Digital.
