Crypto’s got a warning for the Senate
A group tied to the crypto industry’s campaign finance arm warned Senate leadership that it was time to “avoid political games” and advance stablecoin legislation as soon as possible.
The Cedar Innovation Foundation is a 501(c)4 dark money organization linked to the Fairshake super PAC Network, which spent heavily in the 2024 election. CIF spokesperson Josh Vlasto told us in a statement this morning that it was “clear Senate leadership on both sides of the aisle should avoid political games and pass a final stablecoin bill in the coming days.”
