Those eyeing clearer rules of the road on crypto taxation are eagerly waiting to see which provisions might be included in a Wednesday markup by the House Ways and Means Committee, they said at a Monday summit.

Monday’s tax panel was held during a Solana Policy Institute summit dominated by Senate action on the market structure bill (H.R. 3633) this week. But the tax experts said they were eagerly awaiting to know if provisions considered by the House tax writing panel earlier this summer, such as mining and staking provisions, will make it into a final bill.
