Crypto-linked stocks rebounded sharply after heavy losses earlier in the week as investors digested fresh moves by U.S. regulators to advance cryptocurrency and blockchain rules despite the Senate’s failure to move forward with the CLARITY Act.

Strategy rose more than 13%, while Coinbase and American Bitcoin gained about 11% each. Robinhood climbed nearly 9%, while Circle, Strive and bitcoin miner Riot Platforms rose between 5% and 7%, according to Yahoo Finance data.
