JPMorgan’s analyst team estimates that inflows into the cryptocurrency market reached approximately $50 billion in 2026. The Wall Street bank’s researchers note that spot ETF inflows and a buildup in futures positions became pronounced in the third quarter, with fund flow momentum strengthening heading into the fourth quarter.
The research team led by Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou estimated in an October 7 report that cumulative inflows this year total roughly $50 billion. On an annualized basis, that equates to about $66 billion, exceeding the $52 billion annualized pace projected in May. However, the figure remains roughly half the annualized level recorded in the prior year.
