Crypto connoisseur launches RIA
The founder of a prominent cryptocurrency-for-advisors company has launched a new RIA venture, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings show.
Adam Blumberg, who co-founded crypto education platform Interaxis, has applied with the SEC to register a new firm, called Enclave Digital Wealth.
The RIA, based in Denver, will be led by Blumberg, who is listed as its chief compliance officer. Jason Leupold — a former Fidelity trading director and ex-chief executive of on-chain liquidity platform Amplifi Liquidity — will serve as chief information officer, per the company’s Form ADV. On-chain transactions refer to those that occur directly on the blockchain, as opposed to those that take place using third-party systems.
