Stablecoins drove cryptocurrency adoption in 2025, with market capitalization expanding 49%, from US$205 billion (MX$3.6 trillion) to US$306 billion by late November. Average daily transaction volume reached US$3.54 trillion, pushing annual totals to US$33 trillion—nearly double Visa’s figure—with velocity at 110x turnover.
