Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Crowe LLP (FY24 net revenue of $1.28 billion) has entered into an agreement under which funds managed by KKR will make a significant equity investment in Crowe Advisory LLC, becoming the firm’s first institutional capital partner.

This investment is expected to support the firm’s long-term growth strategy through continued investments in talent, technology and innovation, expanding its capabilities and client service offerings while preserving its culture, independence and commitment to quality.
