Clover Health Investments Corp. (NASDAQ:CLOV) reported a set of highly discouraging earnings, showing that its CA platform is not as highly scalable as the management has claimed. Coupled with weak margins as it operates with a relatively high MCR, I do not see how CLOV will be able to scale sufficiently to return value to shareholders in the long run.
