Blockchain.com says it plans to go public by year’s end at a $6 billion U.S. valuation.
The British cryptocurrency financial services company is looking to raise about $500 million U.S. from an American initial public offering (IPO).
The London, England-based company, which offers exchange, wallet, trading and lending services, has filed confidentially for an IPO with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
