BitGo Holdings (NYSE: $BTGO) has acquired NYDIG’s institutional trading business, adding derivatives, financing and structured products to a platform already built around custody, settlement and digital asset infrastructure.

The transaction brings about 30 NYDIG employees to BitGo along with roughly 250 institutional client relationships, according to Reuters.
