What We Thought of Barratt Redrow’s Earnings

Barratt Redrow BTRW reported results covering the 26-week period ended Dec. 28, 2025. It was a mixed bag, but we view the share price reaction as overdone. Management struck a more muted tone around the spring selling season than Bellway did Feb. 10, which we think is weighing on shares Feb. 11.

The bottom line: We maintain our GBX 530 fair value estimate after incorporating these results and tweaking our fiscal 2026 forecasts. Our medium-term estimates remain unchanged. We view the shares as undervalued at current levels.
