Bakeware
I am still looking at bakeware, and as when I asked before several suggested Pillivuyt and Apilco. For those who have used both these and the Le Creuset (not the CIE, just the ceramic), can you tell me the differences in the two in terms of performance, pros & cons, weight, etc.
