Controversial social media personality Andrew Tate has recorded a paper profit of more than $7.2 million on the Hyperliquid (HYPE) token, turning an initial investment of about $550,000 into one of his most successful crypto positions.

On-chain data shared by Lookonchain on October 3 shows the influencer accumulated 122,827 HYPE tokens roughly two years ago at an average price of about $4.48 per token. With HYPE trading near $89, the position has generated an estimated return of 1,317%.

The gains came into focus after a wallet linked to Tate transferred 20,950 HYPE tokens worth approximately $1.87 million to Binance.
