
Want to know how well Gears of War: E-Day is faring in terms of sales after a few days? Well, we don’t have actual figures, but the folks over at Alinea Analytics have shared their “estimates” of how things are going for the new Xbox release.
According to them, Gears of War: E-Day has sold around 230,000 copies so far, with 168,000 of those coming through Steam. Xbox actually makes up 75% of the revenue though, and that’s because 722,000 of the 1.7 million Xbox fans who have played it on Xbox Game Pass also bought the Premium Upgrade at a price of £30 / $30.
In other words, those 722K Premium Upgrades supposedly generated around $21.7M for Xbox.
