Adani Power Share Price: Adani Power shares 0.8% as Sensex falls
Shares of Adani Power Ltd. traded 0.8 per cent at Rs 541.80 at 11:36AM (IST) on Thursday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex 350.37 points to 80605.96. The scrip had closed at Rs 537.50 in the previous session.
The stock quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low of Rs 896.75 and Rs 430.85, respectively.
As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 11:36AM (IST) stood at 11:36AM shares with turnover at Rs 16.83 crore.
At the prevailing price, shares of the company trades at 16.47 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 32.98 per share and 5.78 times its price-to-book value, the exchange data showed.
A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher share price today because of growth expectations in the future….
