Tim Stokely, the founder of adult content platform OnlyFans, has submitted a proposal to buy video app TikTok from Chinese owner ByteDance.
That’s according to Stokely’s new startup, Zoop, which has partnered up with cryptocurrency foundation Hbar to express intent to bid.
Hbar Foundation manages the Hedera cryptocurrency network’s treasury.
