Sunoco just printed its Q3 2026 scorecard and the headline is simple. Distributable cash flow and earnings power looked strong while the equity barely flinched. The stock closed at US$68.69 before the release and now trades near US$69, a modest 0.5% move that barely reflects a quarter with US$1.06b in adjusted EBITDA and a higher quarterly distribution of about US$1.015 per unit.
Traders treated this as business as usual. The fundamentals told a louder story about income strength and balance sheet breathing room than the one day chart showed.
