Binance reports multibillion-dollar crypto hack

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has fallen victim to the biggest known hacking attack in the history of the crypto market.

According to the company on Friday, assets with a total value of around 6.3 billion dollars were affected. Of that amount, cryptocurrencies worth about 3 billion dollars were said to have been frozen. This was reported, among others, by the news agency “Bloomberg”.
