YouHodler Italy S.r.l. today announced that CONSOB, after hearing the Bank of Italy, has authorised it as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and Legislative Decree 129/2024, by resolution no. 24156 of 8 October 2026.
The authorisation covers five services: custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; exchange of crypto-assets for funds; exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets; execution of orders on behalf of clients; and transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
