With bitcoin (BTC-US) remaining more or less stagnant over the week, trading at $84.4K late Friday afternoon, compared with $84.1K at on Sept. 25, crypto and blockchain-related stocks accounted for four of the five biggest financial decliners of the past week.

Three of the biggest gainers were Brazilian banks ahead of the first round of the country’s presidential election on Sunday. The winner of the final round, which is set for later in the month, will get to fill vacancies in Brazil’s Supreme Court, central bank, and economic regulators.
