CLARITY Act failure shifts attention to SEC
The Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act earlier this month, leaving its proposed market rules stalled. 2nd Session On September 25, SEC staff published answers addressing token buybacks, staking receipts, network maintenance, and promotional claims.
Staff said buybacks involving nonsecurity tokens on functional networks do not necessarily signal promised managerial work.Â
