(The Center Square) – Ahead of the U.S. Senate vote next week on a long-stalled digital asset market bill, an anti-human trafficking group is urging senators to tank the House-passed legislation.
The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025, referred to as simply the Clarity Act, aims to clear up regulatory uncertainties and vulnerabilities in the digital asset sphere and provide stronger consumer protections.
