RPO and Cash Flow in Focus, Wall Street Sees Up to $400

TradingKey – Oracle (ORCL) currently exhibits a seemingly paradoxical market contrast: while the company has signed future orders equivalent to nearly 9.5 times its previous fiscal year’s revenue, its stock price has fallen more than 50% from its all-time high.

As of the close on September 8, Oracle traded at $162.52, down about 17% since the start of 2026 and off over 50% from its 52-week high of $345.

At the same time, however, the company’s cloud infrastructure business maintains rapid growth, with remaining performance obligations (RPO) reaching $638 billion, equivalent to nearly 9.5 times its fiscal year 2026 revenue.
