Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse on Thursday said making America the crypto capital of the world is “within reach” when he responded to CFTC Chairman Mike Selig’s post about the Aug.19 White House crypto meeting.

CFTC Chairman Selig had thanked President Donald Trump for hosting crypto industry leaders at the White House last month, saying the administration is ensuring the new frontier of finance gets built on American soil. 

Garlinghouse replied directly, saying he was “proud to be in the room” and calling for the industry to finish the job.
