AIxCrypto Holdings (AIXC), a U.S.-listed technology microcap with roots in the pharmaceutical industry, has scrapped its cryptocurrency treasury program entirely, selling off its remaining digital assets after absorbing roughly a 50% unrealized loss. The company disclosed the decision in an amended S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission dated September 4, 2026.
According to the regulatory filing, AIxCrypto had liquidated 33.49 Bitcoin, 497.56 Ethereum, and 6,325.92 Solana as of August 31. Smaller positions in Chainlink, Binance Coin, and Cardano were also sold.
