FinTax, a crypto financial and tax infrastructure provider, closed a seed round led by YZi Labs via EASYResidency S4, with Amber Group, HashHouse Tech, Pundi AI and others participating, valuing the company at $40 million and funding global expansion and AI product work.
FinTax, a provider of cryptocurrency financial and tax solutions and AI-powered infra, has closed its seed round at a post-money valuation of $40 million. The round was led by YZi Labs through EASYResidency S4, the firm said on August 27.
Amber Group, HashHouse Tech, Pundi AI, Waverider International and Nexus Holdings also joined the round. Earlier investors include Victory Courage, Bgin Blockchain, Tools Factory and individual investor Chao Fan.
