The crypto market is extending its powerful August recovery on August 25, with Bitcoin (BTC) breaking above the $80,000 level for the first time since May.
The move comes after Bitcoin spent much of the weekend consolidating between $77,000 and $80,000 following last week’s historic short squeeze. Bulls have now pushed BTC through that resistance, while Ethereum (ETH) continues trading above $2,500 and Solana (SOL) emerges as one of the strongest major altcoins.
