Social media platform X (formerly Twitter) is set to introduce a feature allowing users to trade digital assets directly from their timeline. Former X head of product Nikita Bier announced on his X account on the 25th (local time) that a trading button will be added following the “Cashtags” feature, which displays Solana (SOL) and Ethereum (ETH) price charts directly in posts.

He made the remarks while responding directly to a user who criticized that “a bull market could begin because Bier no longer shadowbans Crypto Twitter (CT).” Shadowbanning refers to limiting post visibility without notifying the account owner.
