Stand With Crypto, the advocacy organization launched by Coinbase in 2023, announced Monday that it is endorsing 32 incumbent members of the U.S. House of Representatives ahead of the November 3 midterm elections. The move brings the group’s total number of House endorsements to 38, after it initially backed six lawmakers in March.

Every lawmaker in the latest round voted in favor of the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, known as the CLARITY Act, when the House passed the legislation in July 2025 by a 294-134 margin. The bill would divide oversight of digital assets between the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission while establishing rules for crypto exchanges and other market participants.
