WASHINGTON, Aug 18 (Reuters) – ‌The U.S. ‌Securities and ​Exchange Commission proposed new ‌rules ⁠on Tuesday that would ⁠create “a clear ​and ​fit-for-purpose framework ​for ‌certain investment contracts involving crypto assets,” ‌according ​to ​a ​news ‌release.
