TechTarget came into this quarter looking like a classic deep value puzzle. The stock had already been under pressure and then dropped a further 10.9% to US$3.84 after the Q2 release, even though the numbers showed a smaller loss and steadier cash generation than investors had seen in recent periods.

The headline this time is margin and cash discipline. Revenue for Q2 was US$116.1m with adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of US$15.1m, and the company reiterated its 2026 adjusted EBITDA target of US$95m to US$100m.
